sept 13 2019 038.JPG

We provide septic inspections for real estate transaction, Mortgage approvals, building department requirements and Fraser Health Orders. We also provided over all general septic system assessments. Our team member is registered as a Certified  Inspector with the Applied Sciences Technologists and Technicians of British Columbia (ASTTBC). Our Inspector is also registered as a Planner, Installer and a Maintenance provider and has worked for many years in every discipline within our industry before becoming an inspector. This is why an experience Certified Inspector matters when you need accurate defendable information to base your decision's on. Isn't that why your going to hired an inspector in the first place. Hiring someone to do a septic inspection can be quite misleading. Before you hire some one ask this one simple question "Are you a septic inspector, and will you provide me with a stamped report that shows you are a Certified Registered Inspector.
If you do not get the correct answer then why would you hire some one that is only playing septic inspector.
